If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, our sunny apartment is the perfect vacation property for you.

It is 10 minutes away from the beach and very close to restaurants and bars that surround the picturesque village's bay. This property is located on the third floor and served with a lift.

Near the apartment there are various shops; like supermarkets, the butcher, confectionery and even a pharmacy. There is also a mini-market (100 meter away) ,which is open till late at night.

The apartment has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests.
MAIN BEDROOM with a king size bed and bathroom en-suite.
Second Bedroom with a double bed. These two bedrooms have got air-conditions and ceiling fans.
Third Bedroom has got a single bed and a balcony with outdoor furniture that enjoys stunning view. This balcony is perfect to dine alfresco late in the evenings, or better, having breakfast while enjoying the magnificent view of sunrise.

The Bathroom is very spacious and luxuriously finished with a bath. One can also find a washing machine and hair dryer.

Kitchen combined with dining and living area: The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge freezer , microwave , toaster ,coffee machine and electric kettle. It is also well supplied with pots and pans , glasses and cups, dinning plates and cutlery.

The living area is air-conditioned too with cable TV (32inch LCD TV) with various channels , FREE wireless internet and sofa. The living area has got a balcony with outdoor furniture too.
Other features that complement our apartment: Drying area ( in the balcony) , full length mirrors , iron and iron board.

The property is excellent, very roomy with modern furniture. The balcony was used all the time to catch the afternoon sun. The property owners provided a welcome pack that was used immediately because we didn’t arrive until after 9.00pm. Nothing was too much for the owners, first class.

Modern apartment in a charming corner of real Malta

We have just spent 10 days in August at this apartment and really enjoyed our stay. It is more spacious than the photos look with high ceilings. The ceiling fans and a/c were essential for our stay in August, although not having a/c in the 3rd bedroom was a very minor negative (the ceiling fan and portable fan did well enough but some nights our daughter moved her mattress in with her brothers to benefit from their a/c!). The apartment is clean and modern and is generally well equipped with TV, wifi, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine etc. We cooked meals there some nights which was fine. The en suite off the master bedroom is a good plus, although that is the only walk-in shower (other than the shower attachment on the bath in the main bathroom). The balcony at the front was a nice option in the evening, especially when there was a breeze. The street was very quiet and seemed safe. We hired a car in Marsascala for 30 euros/day (Joe's car hire); parking availability was a bit hit and miss depending on what time we returned. Gozo ferry was an hour's drive. There is an excellent convenience store within 50 metres of the apartment which was very useful; accepting card payments. Probably the size of a Tesco Express in the UK so had all the things we needed (including a lot of British goods (marmite, Branston pickle etc) and good fresh bread and delicatessen . It may have been a bit more expensive than some of the Lidl's we saw round the island. There is great swimming less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment on the north side of St Thomas' Bay off a rocky beach which we snorkelled in most days and another 5 minutes beyond was another stretch of rocky beach with toilets and a cafe. We found the buses were great for getting around especially with their a/c which meant we could travel easily in the middle of the day (Valetta took 30 minutes and the bus stop was within 200 metres of the apartment). However, Marsascala was a nice place to enjoy in the evenings round the picturesque harbour with a good playground and range of restaurants and bars. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, modern apartment away from the main tourist areas in a town that gives you a bit more of 'real Malta' and that has good transport options we would definitely recommend it. Joseph and Censina were really welcoming and helpful and checked there were no problems during the week on Whatsapp.

Lovely property and amazing owners

Came across this property online as was looking for an appartment to stay in for a week as attending a wedding. The owners was more than accommodating and couldn't do more for us then expected. They helped pick us up from airport and took us back and if we needed anything just a simple WhatsApp to them. Shops location and walking distance. Had a really good time, would stay again as was affordable and good price for the week!! Property is large and spacious pictures do not do it justice. Most friends stayed in silema and st Julians so travelled by bus which is about 40 mins to valletta then 20 mins to other towns €2 per journey so not far. Average €23 by taxi direct The beach/bay st Thomas is walking distance and pleasant not too over crowded not the best on a windy day as you get dust blowing everywhere.

This was a spacious, comfortable property and very well equipped. It was beautifully maintained and well located for the harbour and shops. Joseph and Censona were very helpful and checked every couple of days to see if we were ok or if we needed anything. We would definitely visit again.

The property was even better than the pictures on the site which was a delightful surprise.

Took us a day or two to get our bearings as we had never been to Malta before, but soon realised that the holiday flat was very near, not only to the beach, but the harbour also. The property was very big and airy and immaculately clean with all the facilities you would need and more. The Wi-Fi never let us down and more than enough sockets to accommodate a ladies holiday ::)). There were lovely restaurants nearby for which you always received a very warm welcome from the Maltese people but equally the cooking facilities at the flat were so good that we did eat in one night and enjoyed sitting in the front balcony and relaxing. Overall would have no hesitation in recommending this flat in Marsaskala. Thank you Joseph for such a welcoming stay and knowing you would be available if anything did happen was a comforting thought.

Joesph,s apartment is absolutely supurb. Every thing you need for your stay is supplied ie. towels, cooking utensils and we were left a lovely welcoming hamper. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport and nothing is to much trouble for Joseph. Marsaskala is a lovely harbour town with plenty places to eat, but if you want to travel farther afield the bus stop is not far away and only €4.5 for 3 people to travel. I would highly recommend this property but if you struggle walking it is on the top of a hill.

Great apartment and excellent hosts

Had a fabulous time in this lovely apartment. The hosts were very attentive and we had booked them for the airport transfers which made checking in and out very easy. Plenty of towels and bedding provided for our 2 week stay and lovely to have a welcome basket of fruit, bread, milk, water and wine! Situated in a quiet residential area so little noise but it is difficult to park nearby if you come back after 6pm. That said though it is always possible if you don't mind a short walk and the proximity of the apartment to the restaurants and sea/small beach were great. Also loved exploring the other beaches and coves on the island. Didn't find any amazing restaurants in Marsaskala bit did have lovely meals in Marsaxlokk and Valletta.

Wonderful Apartment

Recently returned from a lovely 4 night break in Malta, staying at Marjan Apartment in Marsaskala, a lovely clean apartment. There were 5 Adults and we were amazed how roomy the apartment was. It was also very clean and well looked after. We didn't have GPS in order to find the exact location of the apartment on arrival, but a quick call to Joseph and within 5 minutes he was kind enough to meet us at the harbour and escort us back welcoming us into our "home from home" for our super break in Malta. The harbour area offers a good selection of restaurants and bars and it is easy to take a bus from the harbour area to other parts of the island.

Marjan Apartment What a true gem

We were met by Joseph and his daughters who showed us round the lovely spotlessly clean apartment and took time to explain how everything worked ( aircon, internet Tv etc) During our stay we had regular messages from Joseph asking if all was ok and if we needed any help finding our way around The apartment is a minutes walk away from a supermarket butchers and pretty much everything you need to make Marjan Aoartment your home from home, the bay and harbour of Marasasksla are a short stroll and are absolutely beautiful with a fabulous choice of restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes and budgets We travelled around the island by public transport and found the apartment well serviced by frequent bus routes enabling us to travel all over this wonderful island At the end of our holiday I accidentally broke the shower door, I explained this to Joseph who said he would let me know what it cost to repair, later that day I received a messsge to say Joseph could fix the door himself and there would be no charge ( what a delight to encounter such a genuine and honest host) We had a truly fabulous stay in this spacious apartment and I would truly recommend it as excellent value for money in a fabulous location which meant we had a wonderful family holiday Thank you Joseph and family Nigel and family Grote ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great country made better by finding a great apartment!

We were already impressed when Joseph (the owner) met us at the airport after midnight. He took time to drive us around the local area of Marsaskala to show us where the restaurants, sites etc. were. His wife, Censina, joined us at the apartment and they went through all the facilities. The apartment - wow! We were not expecting the size and comfort it provided. The snacks they left for us served us well during the tourist trips we took over the next few days. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who visits Malta. It is spacious, clean and very close to the bus stop, a convenience store, as well as a pharmacy. The bus service is regular and there was no need to hire a car at all. There are several restaurants a mere 10 minute walk from the apartment. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the view over the rooftops. Once again, when it was time for us to leave, Joseph and Censina visited the apartment to enable us to return the keys - always with a smile. Joseph again took us to the airport. They really are the friendliest, most helpful couple we have met in a very, very long time. Thank you, Joseph and Censina, for a very comfortable stay in your apartment and for your warmth and friendliness. We will definitely be returning!

Great Malta experience from a great apartment

Hi all. When we arrived at the Trilogy Court apartment everything seemed to go smooth from the very start. Joseph – the owner – was waiting for us at the door step and help us with the languages. He presented the apartment end encouraged to use all he had prepared for us – a set of tourist guides and local attraction descriptions and even some little treatment – a bottle of local vine and fresh bread and fruits for a snack. The apartment turned out to be better that we expected. It is very spacious and well-lit by the day light. A very nice view of Marsaskala over the rooftops of the local neighborhood from the balcony facing the street. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and decent. To get to the harbor – the heart of the town where all restaurants and bars are located – takes barely 5 to 10 minutes on foot. Joseph turned out to be a great host. Whenever we needed something he would contact us and willingly help. The other day we got a flat tire on a daily trip far away from Marsaskala. We contacted him and he responded virtually in no time with a list of local tire services he recommended we used at a given time and place. 5 for 5. We recommend staying at this apartment! Top Wohnung für einen sehr guten Preis

Die Wohnung ist neu und großzügig eingerichtet. 2 Balkone . Einmal mit Morgensonne und einmal mit Abendsonne. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem reinen Wohngebiet von Marsaskala und nicht unmittelbar in einem Touristengebiet. Für uns mit Mietwagen optimal gelegen um die Insel zu erkunden. In der Nähe findet man auch Parkplätze. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und helfen wo sie können.

Geräumig und modern, ruhige Lage

Für uns drei war diese Wohnung optimal. Immens viel Platz, hübsch eingerichtet, sehr sauber, mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, auch mit Fön. Ruhig gelegen, was in Marsaskala nicht überall der Fall ist. Auf jedem der zwei Balkone war den ganzen Tag abwechselnd Sonne da. Ich möchte die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter hervorheben. Sie haben auf uns am Flughafen gewartet, wir fuhren dann mit unserem Mietauto ihnen zur Wohnung hinterher, in einem behutsamen Tempo. Das hat uns Panik im Linksverkehr und komplizierte Suche in einem fremden Land erspart. Sie haben Wein, Wasser, Milch, Brot und Kekse für uns besorgt (bei unseren späten Ankunft unschätzbar). Als uns mal eine Bratpfanne gefehlt hat, hat Joseph am gleichen Tag eine neue gebracht. Er und seine Frau sind sehr, sehr freundliche Menschen. Von der Wohnung aus kann man eine tolle Wanderung machen, auf der Promenade nach rechts, am St. Thomas Bay vorbei über die Klippen hoch. Man wandert in der herrlichsten Natur bis nach Maslaxlokk. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und schöne Tage dort verbracht. Vielen Dank!

Schöner Urlaub

Uns hat der aufenthalt in Josephs Appartament gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Zum Strand (Felsenküste) St. Thomas Bay kann man zu Fuß laufen. Klimaanlage und wifi funktionierten einwandfrei. Alles in allem waren eir wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Lediglich der schwache Wasserdruck und die nicht so bequemen Matrazen sind zu erwähnen. Ganz toll war der Empfang. Joseph holte uns vom Flughafen ab, gab uns viele gute Tipps für unserrn Aufenthalt auf Malta und hat uns sogar morgens in aller Frühe (Flieger ging um 7 Uhr!) zum Flughafen gebracht. Nochmal vielen herzlichen Dank!

Sehr große Wohnung und sehr freundliche Vermieter

Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unterstützen gerne jeden Wunsch. Sind gut erreichbar und geben viele Tipps. Transfer vom Flughafen zur Wohnung war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Viel Platz in allen Räumen. Klimanlage hat gut als Heizung funktioniert. War notwendig, da im Februar die Nächte noch sehr kühl sind und die Wohnung sich ohne Heizung feucht anfühlt. Internet lief gut. Wir haben auf der Straße immer einen Parkplatz gefunden, mussten aber meistens ein paar Minuten suchen.

De eigenaren van het appartement zijn zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij.

Goed verzorgd en grote appartement op de 3e verdieping met lift. We werden door de eigenaren en hun dochter hartelijk ontvangen. Ze gaven veel informatie over wat er te doen of te zien is in de omgeving. We kregen ook een mandje met een fles wijn, flessen water, koekjes en brood. Zeer gastvrij dus.
