Very nice room! Staff was very helpful (even brought our bags about 100 meters to the place Mellah to catch taxi cabs! The bell person even negotiated the price to airport 150 local funds in cash.
Entrance toward hotel from where taxi cab dropped us off.

A super hotel in a perfect location right on a bustling street in the medina. Great check in, simple but clean rooms, and a lovely buffet breakfast. If the weather had been hot the pool would have been great. I guess all it is missing is a roof terrace but then you are surrounded by many bars and restaurants just metres away that offer that. I would definitely return to this hotel.

A mixed but generally positive stay. The hotel staff were courteous, and the location ideal, within the old town. The decor of the road was stunning. Our clean family room opened right onto the pool, which was lovely. However, the bathroom was dated and needs modernisation. We also had to request toiletries late at night as the dispensers were empty, a minor hiccup that the helpful 24-hour front desk quickly fixed. The breakfast choices were plentiful. I would return, but definitely request a more modern room.

EVERYTHING GREAT! Staff so friendly & helpful (Bashir) & hotel was stunningly beautiful. Could not fault it. Comfortable & traditional. Breakfast was a huge choice including omelette station. Free cookies in afternoon. We stayed a few days in January & used the pool (a quick dip as cold..refreshing!). Also perfect location to walk everywhere.

I'd highly recommend this place if you want to stay at a great property that offers a true Moroccan experience with amazing customer service. You will be right in the middle of the old bazar, which is an experience on its own.

This is a beautiful facility in an excellent location. We loved everything about it! Even though we were in the heart of the Medina, it was remarkably quiet at night. The on-site breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful with navigating the city and visiting historic sites. My only minor critique is that the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the towels could have been fresher. Overall, a great stay!

We had the best time at the Palais Moulais Said Spa - our favourite stay across our trip. Reda was the most welcoming host, who gave us so many tips, advice and local knowledge as well as making us laugh each day. We are very grateful for the hospitality, the ideal location of the spa, and the overall comfort. This is definitely where we would book to stay again should we return to Marrakech.

It was our first time in Marrekesh and we loved this hotel and the staff. They helped us find our tour guide and arrange a taxi back to the airport. It is central to all shopping right outside it's entrance. My sister and I felt very safe there. The breakfast had great options especially the pastries. I will stay here again.
