Wonderful home for a group

The house was just how it was described. Plenty of space, well furnished, great location and a wonderful pool and hot tub.

Beautiful Waterfront Property

Lovely home on Marco Island with direct water access. Close access to town. Wonderful pool, spa and outdoor area. Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our Marco Christmas! The home had everything we needed and so much more! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool, just relaxing in the warm weather and fishing off dock or watching the jellyfish and star fish off the dock. We even got to watch dolphin in the morning as we enjoyed our coffee. We ate at Mango's and it was amazing! We really loved our stay here and higly recommend!!!

Great Property

Our family of 4 enjoyed this clean, well appointed property with up-to-date furnishings and amentities. The pool and outdoor area was amazing, and there was plenty of space in the house. Communication with the property manager was always timely and consistently good. They sent regular texts to keep us in the loop on check-in/check-out proceedures and well as the twice a week garbage pick-up. We couldn't have asked for a better quality experience.

This House is in a Construction Zone

The Property Managers failed to share that a new home is being built directly across from the pool. The new home being built is not in any of the pictures on the site. Every nail, drill, conversation, and radio station can be heard inside of the rental from 8 to 5. My 22-year-old daughter could not use the pool during these times as the construction workers tended to take breaks then. In my opinion, this was a bait and switch. I shared my concerns and the PM told me to refer to the terms and conditions of the contract. We left early and forfeited dollars in doing so.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A wonderful choice on Marco island! Situated on the waterfront with a gorgeous pool/hot tub and spacious seating on patio and dock. The perfect place to enjoy the sun, swim, play games, or even stream your favorite series on the large outdoor smart TV. Inside we found a beautifully appointed, spacious home with amenities that exceeded expectations. We enjoyed having well equipped bikes to explore the area, new beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the nearby owner’s beach (a must do!), and a Sonos system to enjoy our favorite music while at home. Each of the bedrooms had a smart tv, and the beds were very comfy. The living room/kitchen area featured many choices for seating, and the furnishings were beautiful (and another large screen smart tv!) The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the ease in communication with Marco Island Vacation Properties, and they were very responsive. We will return, and would highly recommend for the perfect Marco Island getaway!

The house feels bigger than the pictures and had plenty of space and different relaxing areas for the whole family to spread out. The kitchen had everything you could need - even long wooden sticks to make s’mores in the outdoor fire pit!!! The bedrooms were modern and had very comfortable beds. The large tub in the master was definitely a family favorite. The garage had everything we needed for beach adventures (chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, and toys for the kids). And that just the inside...The outside is the highlight with lots of room to sit and spread out and lovely pool and hot tub right on the water. Even with the other homes on the block and across the channel the house feels extremely private. I don’t think we saw a single person / neighbor. We watched the sunrise every morning from the lounge chairs.Our kids are 4 & 6 and this was perfect for us - although I imagine children and adults of all ages would love this home. The property manager and owner were also extremely kind and flexible when we considered making changes to our trip which was very appreciated. Amazing stay. Will definitely be back.

March 2024 Stay

We had the best vacation at this house. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. When we weren’t at the beach we were lounging by the pool. Plenty of room for 4 of us to spread out and have our own space. We would definitely rent this house again if we come back to Marco Island.

The only drawback was the lighting in the main bedroom closet and entry way otherwise no complaints. The sofa seating is set very low so could be difficult for older guests.

Cut short by the hurricane

For the 2 days we were there it was great. Take fishing poles and get bait at Publix. Nicely decorated. Good floor plan with bedrooms spread out. One “bedroom” is more like an office in the front of the house. No closet but that didn’t impact us. Lots of bikes., you can ride to the beach. It’s 3 miles each way. Grocery store is close by. We will go back to this property to try again another time. We had a mandatory evacuation while we were there.

Everything we needed was provided for the best beach experience,starting with beach chairs, coolers, towels, umbrella, wagon, even bikes. House is beautifully decorated and provides plenty room for a bigger family .We really enjoyed the amenities outside,big table for eating dinners /grilling by the pool and hot tub. Our check in /out process was very easy.We will definitely rent this beautiful house again. We made lots of great memories and saw many gorgeous sunsets. We highly recommend this property to everyone.

We were very impressed to walk into this beautiful home with all the perfect decor. The pictures do not lie, it is gorgeous! The house comes with all kinds of amenities from bikes, to beach supplies and anything you could possibly need to comfortably live in this home during your stay. The private pool and hot tub were equally awesome to spend some quiet time relaxing. My family loved this vacation! Marco Island Vacation Properties was very easy to book through, very effective to communicate with and were very thorough with all of our needs. My daughter (13) said she wants to come back here and stay in this same house every year for vacation. Both my teenage children enjoyed every minute of our stay. We will be back!

Beautiful home!

We absolutely love the home. The pictures don't do it justice. It was a great location, in a quite neighborhood which was perfect for us. Everything you could want in amenities, and the home was well stocked with all that we needed for our time there. We spent most of our time outside by the pool, and spent every night playing games on the patio. Great time! the only issues that we had was the internet/tvs stopped working on the last day, and we did forget to leave the keys and remote at the office, but staying at many VRBOS around the world and country we were not used to having to drop them off which was not a big deal except the customer service rep was very off putting about the situation which was dissapointing.

Honesty is the best policy

I have rented from VRBO for the last 10 years and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences seeing that I have a place that I rent also this place was managed by and outside company called Marco island cation rentals when we first got there check-in was at four we got there at 5 PM to find that place was not ready and the cleaning ladies or still cleaning they tried to hurry up and get done as fast as they could so fast at one of the cleaning ladies had to come back because she left her phone after our first night in the home the second night my wife dropped me off to go fishing to come back to the house to find three men in the house changing out a washer we had a lot of personal belongings and very expensive jewelry and other items in there we thought that it was very unprofessional that nobody called and then received a call about an hour later saying that they apologized and they were also thrown off guard from them coming in the Man that created my wife was extremely rude and she felt very uncomfortable and threatened
