Wonderful Vacation!

We had an amazing time on our much needed vacation! We love Marco Island and come every year! This property was our favorite and we will hopefully be able to book it again. The property manager was quick to respond to any of our questions. The views are beautiful! The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. It is a far walk to the beach but it was worth it!

Eileen is an amazing hostess. she made sure I had everything I needed and the VIEW! waking up to that million dollar view made it hard to get out of bed-but there it was again. the beach view was evident from every room. the condo was remodeled (the granite in the kitchen and bath was what I have at home) it was also very nicely decorated and comfortable 👌

Wonderful Gulf View Property

The condo was decorated very well! The beach decor was throughout the condo. It is clear someone put thought and care into decorating and stocking the condo. Everything we needed and more was provided. There was a binder with menus and local attraction information. The expansive patio offered several different seating options. The pool was nice and refreshing. The walk to the Gulf was a trek but well worth it for the sunset views on the water. I would definitely visit and stay in this condo again and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay at Marco Island.

Fall 2024 Stay

Once again, Andrew at MIVP exceeded our expectations. Ginette and I stayed in an outstanding condo in SW Tower 3. Views, weather and amenities were all we could expect and much more. Property was very clean upon arrival and we didn’t miss anything. Unfortunately, construction work in the Tower, which was supposed to be done before our arrival, lasted for our entire stay, no fault to MIVP or the owners of the unit. Andrew and the owners were prompt to do everything within their power to make our journey enjoyable. At the end of the day, we had a great vacation. We strongly recommend MIVP and this condominium and are looking forward to going back to this beautiful place.

To the property owner (our unit), KUDOS! Your place is immaculate. For a worn out traveler after a long trip the place spells welcome home in big letters. Aside from the well maintained major amenities, added conveniece already provided - coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, detergents (yes, laundry too), cleaning supplies, etc. without the need to run the supermarket right away to buy stuff. 'has tons of towels, with multiple beach paraphernalias to use. These extras are well conceived and will always garner praises! One tidbit, the door lock is a little tricky to open.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the 16th floor. While this required a lot of elevator time, the view from the patio was a good trade off. The place was clean and quiet. The only negative is that you have to do a fair bit of walking to actually make it to the water. From the property to the water at the "private" beach (which isn't technically "private") is about a half mile walk. The walk at the public beaches isn't much better. Tiger Tail is a neat area, but also requires some walking to get to the water. The South Beach public access is the same way.The beaches weren't overly crowded, especially in the morning. The sand was firm enough to run on, which was nice. There are a lot of places to eat and shop within 5 miles of the condo. There are also a number of grocery stores. I think we went to every ice cream place on the island. We decided that the Chocolate Strawberry was the best.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow, Where do I begin? This condo and the beach are spectacular!! The island itself is absolutely gorgeous and so very well maintained. I cannot say enough about our experience. The owner (Eileen) was more than gracious and always ready to answer my emails and questions. We have been visiting areas of Florida for the past 8 years, and this has by far, exceeded our expectations. We will always go back to this area of Florida from now on. We really enjoyed meeting people from other countries and making new friends. The condo had everything we could possibly need and or want. The bed was so amazingly comfortable!! We spent many nights dozing off on the balcony in those comfy lounge chairs, listening to the Gulf. Pure relaxation and charm. We rented bicycles and explored the island, we walked to the tip of tigertail, we found an over abundance of shells, we relaxed in the pool.......just to name a few =) You must visit Ne Ne's across the street, the food is to die for and the service is top notch! We cannot wait to return and see the renovations in the condo that are planned for later this year! Thanks again for sharing your home away from home with us!!

Marco Beach Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at this property. We spent one week there. When we arrived later in the afternoon the condo was still being cleaned from the prior guests. There were stains on the carpet from prior guests and we contacted property management to have them cleaned, which was done the following day. Also the refrigerator was not cooling and they scheduled a repairman for the next day as well, it took a few visits to completely fix the fridge but a quick fix got it going initially. I mention this as we like to get to a property have it cleaned and fully functional and be able to relax without dealing with these issues. There was a nice remodel of the property and it was done well, we only wished they would have replaced the vertical blinds because all were missing slats. This building has 3 elevators and during most of our stay only 2 were operational, we were on a high floor and ended up stopping at most floors on the way to ground level, before we left the 3rd elevator was fixed. The views are wonderful, nice morning sun on the outside deck to enjoy coffee and a bite of breakfast. We liked the proximity to the beach, great for walks in the sand. Overall we would rather stay in a property like this because it's much quieter than having the crowds at the hotels. We would stay here again but will check to be sure property is ready for us when we come.

Beautiful Views at South Seas

I needed a little R & R away from my high pressure job and a break from the harsh Michigan winter! When I reached out to book this property a year ago, the property manager was not super responsive, however the owner was wonderful, answering all my questions & making sure I got in touch with the property manager. This condo - Tower 3 - unit 1609 - was clean, comfortable and overall well-maintained. It is roomy with plenty of closet & dresser space, had TV's in each bedroom, the kitchen was fully-stocked and everything worked as it should - I especially appreciated the blender to make my morning smoothies :). South Seas is about a 5 minute drive to the more busy center of the island where the Mariott, Hilton, shops & many restaurants are. Last year I stayed at the Hilton and the hotel, pool & beach were always very congested /crowded. While South Seas was busy at peak season, it wasn't overly so. I could always find a chair at the pool, wasn't tripping over people when I walked the beach and never had to wait very long for an elevator. From the balcony I watched beautiful sunrises every morning - peaceful & beautiful. Overall, I was very pleased! This was my first stay in a gated community. For anyone who hasn't rented in a gated community - you need a pass on your vehicle at all times, have to wait for security to let you into through the gate each time you drive in and you need a key for access to everything - to enter the main building, to access the pool, the beach, the workout room & the room where they store the carts for luggage transport. It was a different experience at first, however once I got used to this I was fine. My friend and I took an awesome Dolphin cruise w/Dreamlander Tours - it was amazing! CJ's on the Bay and DaVinci's restaurants were phenomenal, and the Sunset Grille had great drinks and fun times. This is my third trip to Marco Island and it has become my favorite place to visit in Florida!
