Beautiful and inviting 3 bedroom 2 bath home with private pool and water views! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a wonderful central island location, this home greets you with casual, coastal decor and soaring vaulted ceilings. The main living area includes a dining room/living room combination and a cozy family room open to a beautiful, updated chef's kitchen. The kitchen features bar seating and a pass through window to the dining area on the outside lanai.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, or take advantage of the many exceptional dining options Marco Island has to offer.
Outside is a spacious lanai, and a sparkling heated swimming pool overlooking the dock and waterway. An outside shower with hot and cold water is great for rinsing sandy feet after a trip to the beautiful white sand beaches. An adjacent. open deck features a barbeque grill and a nice spot for an evening drink overlooking the water. Keep your eyes open for visiting dolphins! Back inside three comfortable bedrooms are the perfect retreats. The master bedroom has it's own side of the house and boasts a high, tray ceiling, comfortable king size bed, SmarTV, slider door out to the pool and a completely remodeled master bath with walk in closet, soaking tub and separate shower. Off the family room, the two spacious guests bedrooms, one king and one with a set of twin beds, share a large bathroom that opens out onto the pool deck.
