Beautifully renovated one bedroom, one bath beachfront condo in the Sunset House on Marco Island. Expansive views of the white, crescent beach and blue waters of the Gulf of America. The sunsets are spectacular and ever changing. There are 6 miles of beach for walking and exploring. This low density building offers a quiet, tropical, beachfront setting. Nice shops and restaurants are within walking and driving distance. There is a comfortable King size bed and a TV in the master bedroom. A pullout couch and a TV in the living room. The balcony provides great outdoor living space for morning coffe or a sunset dinner. There are beautiful views of Marco Island’s pristine, white, sand beaches. Many wonderful restaurants and world class golfing nearby. Kayaking, boating, sailing, fishing, jet skiing, bird watching, shelling and more. Naples is a short drive away.
