Less than a 10 minute walk will take you to the nearest beach. A 10 minute drive will take you to Cabopino golf club and a 10 minute drive/20 minute walk to Cabopino Port, bars and restaurants. The apartment offers hot & cold Aircon and free WIFI.
The second floor apartment is arranged over one floor and has lift access. On entry to the apartment, there is a separate fully equipped kitchen with a utility terrace. The open plan living area has a dining table and chairs for six people, a sofa and chairs and a smart TV with IPTV. Leading out from the lounge is the terrace which offers a further dining seating area for six people.
The master bedroom benefits from a king size bed, a fitted wardrobe area, an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower attachment and has access to the terrace. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes and they have access to the guest shower room.
