Second time I have stayed here. Staff is always top notch. Rooms are clean but need some general upkeep. Parking was easy and loved the deck to sit on at night. Also appreciate how knowledgeable the staff was for boat rental info. Would have no problem staying here again.

We accidentally booked the wrong room for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and the staff couldn’t be more helpful, they immediately accommodated us and changed our room and saved our holiday! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else!! Thank you captain pips! See you soon :)

We booked for one night. The room is spacious but lacks maintenance. The pots in their kitchen are OLD and NASTY. The shower handle felt on my husband as soon as he tried to turn it, so we couldn't take a shower. Their tv is VERY OLD and the stagnant water smell makes it unbearable to sit outside.

Pros: -Great price for a great location in the middle Keys -Our unit had a canal view but even better, we could peek at the ocean from our balcony -The included free paddleboards, kayaks, and bikes were great for our group -Kitchenette was a great tradeoff for no free breakfast - we like to cook and the half-fridge & 2 burner stovetop made it budget friendly Cons: -Wifi was out for most of our stay despite asking them about it; they sent someone up twice but failed to fix it. Finally on the last night we discovered the router was plugged into a bad wire in the closet and when we plugged it into another wire there, the wifi/TV finally worked. Disappointing they didn't catch it sooner/themselves -Cleanliness was medium, what you'd expect for this price range these days (sticky ring left on side table, beer can left on patio, some dishes needed a rewash, but bathroom/kitchen/fridge were OK) -Same for renovations, our room recently had a makeover and it was clean and not moldy but was a slapdash job -Pool was clean but heater was broken during our 5 day stay so we didn't enjoy it as much as we could have (it's November) Overall: Probably won't stay here again, but that's partly because I want to explore the rest of the Keys. If I had to come back to Marathon, I'd consider it, depending on price, knowing what I was getting.

Très belle endroit nous avons passé une très belle journée, nous sommes aller jouer au miniputt et sommes aller à la piscine. nous avons vraiment aimer. Nous sommes aussi aller souper le soir chez Porky. Nous avons très bien manger.

The property was cute and close to food and activities. The aparment was clean and mostly comfortable (the primary bed was less so, but I am a high-maintenance sleeper.) I loved that activites like kayaking and bikes were included in the rental. We only stayed one night but we would love to come back again!

It was clean and definitely have the basics. The AC was very loud and the landscaping needs attention. The staff was very friendly. It is a good hotel for a one night stay.

Great location, the suite was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything you could need. We would definitely stay there again. We were in the "Dolphin" suite. A one bedroom apartment. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was the 2nd stay and the room was clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. We loved having the free kayaks. This is a great hidden gem of a place. It's not fancy, but it's comfortable and a great location. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Pool looked very clean, but not heated so it was cold. Pool area had an Odor of sewer. Not welcoming at all. Room was clean & bed comfortable. Shower stall had black mold under the bottom lip of shower stall where maid would have to bend down to see. Visible from sitting on toilet.

The room was very basic. No cooking utensils and no cups. Very tiny microwave. The shower was leaking and broke on our last night so we could not shower before our flight. Starbucks within walking distance. No laundry on site. Parking was horrible. Not worth it for the price.
