Es un hotel muy viejo

Las habitaciones son muy chicas y los colchones horrible pero me quejé al conserje y me cambiaron el colchón la atención de los empleados es muy buena

Comodo y sin quejas....

Con mi novio la pasamos muy bien, muy comodos! Sin ninguna queja, el desayuno de 10. La gente que se queja deben estar acostumbrados a lujos, caretas!!! El hotel para pasar las noches es muy comodo. Volveremos....

No sé cómo lo publican en internet,hay que denunciarlos al hotel y a ustedes,un asco ,la habitación mugrienta el baño con la puerta podrida por no tener ni siquiera cortina,la rejilla de patio vomitando agua ,tapándola con toallas,reclame y no me dieron bolilla, el domingo no me hicieron la habitación,lindo lugar para recomendar por internet como hacen ustedes,deberían devolverme el dinero que pague por un asco de algo que llaman( hotel) VERGUENZA

no volveria

el bide perdio agua tooooda la noche... asi que ruido de agua toda la noche la habitacion no tenia luz de velador estaba enchufado pero no funcionaba para poder cargar el celular no se podia desenchufar el velador pque estaba pegado con cinta de enmascarar y si tiraba sacaba todo hasta los cables... por lo que un solo enchufe en el baño pero si no tenia cable largo no llegaba pque esta mas cerca del techo que de la altura media.... pase muuuucho frio!!!! me puse todas las mantas de la habitacion y aun asi mucho frio no habia calefaccion

me faltó el cargador del celular en la habitación y cuando hize el reclamo me ignoraron totalmente

Instalaciones desastrozas

Hotel en pesimo estado. Las partes comunes muy sucias, habitacion sin cortinas, sin perchas ni almohadas (que luego de pedir nos dieron) pesimos colchones, te clavabas las varillas de la cama en la espalda, cubrecama muy viejo. Lo peor es que cuando corrimos el cubrecama estaba la cama llena de bichos. Pedimos cambio de habitacion y nos pasaron a otra donde la cama tambien era mala, no funcionaban los veladores y se inundaba el baño. Lo unico rescatable fue la atencion del personal (en especial Federico) quienes atendieron nuesto problema y se ocuparon de ubicarnos en otro hotel. No recomiendo el hotel, no cumple con los standares para un hotel 2*. El desayuno continental y la localizacion son buenos pero es imposible descansar en esas condiciones. Considero que expedia deberia sacarlo de su plantilla.
