Showed up for my reservation and nobody was there to give us a room. Rang the bell, called multiple times but we simply got left high and dry. No rooms anywhere in the U.P. so we ended up sleeping in car...thanks for nothing.

I would like my money because I never stayed there because it was a horrible motel. 2 double beds instead of 2 queens. No fridge or microwave as stated in the ad. No chair in the room.. Carpet was filthy. Bathroom was disgusting. We had our 11 year old grandson with us and he said he would sleep in the car before he would sleep in that room. Thank God we found a cancelation at the Quality Inn. It was a very nice hotel

We do a hotel collect. If you did not stay you did not pay for the room. We don't do online collect.

It was filthy there was supposed to be 2 queen beds there was 2 double beds there was supposed to be a microwave and a refridge there were neither there was not even a chair in the room the bathroom had a sink and a toilet and a shower no counter top. The carpet was dirty. We had our grandson with us so we were not going to stay there. We got lucky and found a Quality in that had a cancelation And stayed there and it was really nice. It cost me $170.00 at the budget host inn which I never got back and never stepped into that dump again. It is a horrible motel

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that I didn't have a reservation, because Travelocity faild to make it. The attendant was,very friendly and honored it anyway, and for that I am grateful.

After reading some reviews saying the hotel did not have a record of the reservation, I called them and discovered they had not gotten my reservation from Travelocity either. For some reason, they said the "system" wasn't working. Compared to prices in the area, this was a great deal. It was clean and comfortable, though the A/C was a bit loud.
