This three bedroom, ground floor apartment is fully air conditioned and has it's own dedicated wifi connection. The apartment also has a fully fitted kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and a large ground floor terrace. The bed in the master bedroom is currently made up as a large king but can also be 2 singles. The apartment is south west facing and has pool and sea views and has a large sunny terrace with seating.



The complex is located on the beachfront and has underground secure parking and 24 hour security. These apartments are probably the best built apartments in the area, are much larger than average and are just a few minutes walk from Duquesa's marina and the very spanish village of Castillo de la Duquesa.

Great location for a holiday. Beautiful grounds and pool and a short stroll to the beach and bar. Village still felt Spanish with plenty of restaurants, and marina with more nightlife only 10-15 minutes walk along the seafront. Accommodation fairly well equipped (not enough cutlery) but a little tired with some repairs and maintenance needed eg family bathroom door needs repainting. But overall a great holiday spot.

We love coming to Los Granados, and having been doing so for years. It is so well maintained and the gardens are just beautiful. The location is ideal, you could easily stay here without the need of a car. Booking with Duquesa Estates couldn't be simpler and I can book with confidence knowing that if there are any problems they will sort them out swiftly and professionally. Nothing
