Facility very rundown, toilet does not flush and is literally hidden in a small-sized closet

It was in a very narrow back street- the key only locked from the inside- very noisy air conditioning, very small room. Shower had no shower curtain so shower water went all over the toilet seat. Okay for one night near the airport.
