THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN THE IDEAL LOCATION FOR OUR NEEDS CLOSE TO MALLS, ENTERTAINMENT, BUSINESS AND 20 MINUTES FROM THE AIRPORT. THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE HOTEL IS VERY WELL MAINTAINED . WE HAVE STAYED MANY TIMES IN THIS HOTEL AND WILL CONTINUE TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL. WE TRAVEL FROM THE USA TO THE PHILIPPINES TWO TIMES EVERY YEAR FOR VACATION.

I like the fact that the staffs are very friendly and have warmth personality in them to their guests at this type of hotel. What I didn’t like is that the carpet is very dirty and the room there it smells bad at the eleventh floor of the hotel. Me and my mother had to move to six floor. Maybe because of the carpets are very old that’s why. But I love the view on the eleventh floor of the building. It could of been better if without the bad odor smell inside that room.

My wife and I enjoyed our complimentary wine offered at the club on 19th floor, our room # 912 has a beautiful view of Manila bay and roxas Blvd. excellent service received from one of our friendly room service staff “ Willy “ thank you Travelocity and hotel Jen making our 32nd weeding Anniversary memorable ♥️♥️♥️

Nice executive suite, quite and clean and very safe and friendly staffs. Had a very good buffet area in the lobby too.

Would stay there again

Overall a very pleasant stay, courteous staff clean room only complaint was the filthy window overlooking the view of the bay. A minor complaint which had little effect on our stay. We would stay there again next time with no hesitation.
