Näher am See geht nicht

Die Nähe und der private Zugang zum See sind großartig. Das Appartement hat sowohl zum See einen Balkon (keine direkte Sonne) als auch zum Garten (tlw direkte Sonne). Auf beiden Balkons ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten. Parkmöglichkeit auf abgeschlossenem Areal in direkter Umgebung. Unsere Wohnung war wirklich gut eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gemangelt (bis auf einen Korkenzieher und einen Besen). Leider war das Doppelbett etwas unbequem. Neue Matratzen wären notwendig. TV bietet leider keinen einzigen deutschen Sender. Sehr geeignet für Hunde wegen der Nähe zum Hundestrand. Fast jeder Zweite besitzt hier einen Hund. Die Anlage war sehr ruhig (Sept.). Zumeist Senioren. Leider ist es eine Katastrophe für den Hund ein Stück Wiese zu finden. Das Grundstück hat zwar große Rasenflächen, dort passt aber die Hausmeisterin wie ein Schießhund auf! Unser Hund durfte nicht einmal vom Tor zum Hauseingang ohne Leine laufen, wegen „der freilaufenden Katzen“. Davon haben wir eine gesehen, gerochen haben wir aber an jeder Ecke tlw. starken Katzenurin. Fazit: der regelmäßige Klogang mit dem Hund gestaltete sich stressig! Die ständig bewachende Hausmeisterin wirkte muffelig, brachte nicht einmal einen Gruß über die Lippen, zu italienischen Gästen war sie hingegen freundlich. Vielleicht mag sie keine Deutschen ?!? Einige deutsche TV-Sender wären toll.

Tolle Lage am Strand (Hundestrand! Wir waren ohne da, haben uns von den wenigen Hunden aber nicht gestört gefühlt) und Aussicht. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung gut (Herd sollte demnächst erneuert werden).Freundliches Housekeeping. Parksituation und -sicherheit ausgezeichnet.

War ein toller Urlaub.

Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Der Boiler im Bad macht ständig Geräusche, das war schon sehr störend. Das Bad könnte erneuert werden. Ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.

Erholsame Tage

Der Ausblick auf den Gardasee vom Balkon und Wohnraum aus ist wirklich toll. Man kann den Ausblick bei aufgezogenen Gardienen auch jederzeit von innen genießen. Wir waren für eine Woche mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem kleinen Hund dort und hatten ausreichend Platz und Stauraum. Die Küche ist mit Spülmaschine und Backofen ausgestattet und es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank. Küchenutensilien und Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Es gibt in jedem Raum ein Klimagerät (außer im Badezimmer), mit denen man notfalls auch heizen kann. Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber bei Ankunft. Es ist ein abgesperrter Parkplatz beim Haus vorhanden. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Vor der Anreise wurde ich per Whatsapp kontaktiert und der weitere Kontakt bei Fragen meinerseits lief unkompliziert über Whatsapp. Die Rückmeldungen erfolgten sehr schnell. Auch der Check-in und Check-out über die Agentur lief problemlos. Das Büro ist mit Navi leicht zu finden. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Wir haben uns einmal mehr sehr wohl gefühlt

Die Wohnung bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Alles ist in der Einrichtung vorhanden, was der Gast zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Der Service rund um Schlüsselübergabe, Informationen zu technischen Störungen oder dergleichen sind super Etwas Pech hatten wir diesmal mit viel Lärm durch Reparaturen bzw den Austausch der großen Gartentore zum See und das Rasenmähen oder laubgebläse immer während unserer Frühstücksteiten auf dem Balkon und die tägliche Müllsbfuhr pünktlich morgens um 6:00 Uhr in der Früh. Das muss aber halt auch alles gemacht werden und ist keine Kritik am Service oder der Wohnung…

Diese Ferienwohnung ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Noch schöner und näher kann man kaum am Gardasee wohnen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Unterkunft für uns!

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung aufgrund der Lage gewählt, und weil wir hier unseren kniehohen Hund mitbringen durften! - Was soll ich sagen, die Wohnung war perfekt für uns alle, die Lage ganz einmalig, durch den Garten der Anlage kommt man direkt zum Strand, und der ist für Hunde perfekt, der Hundestrand ist nur ein kleines Stück weiter! Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Bei Fragen zu Restaurantempfehlungen usw. hat uns die Agentur ganz schnell und unkompliziert weitergeholfen - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Wünschenswert wäre vieleicht ein kleiner Tresor, wo man das wichtigste sicher versperren kann.
