Check-In was very easy and the caretaker was very pleasant and forthcoming, the room was clean and cozy, the bathroom was small but had everything that was needed and having a microwave, a toaster and a fridge was really nice. All in all a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend.

The parking was tight and we had problems getting in touch with tbe caretaker at the time of check in to get an access code. Cleanliness could have been better. Not worth the money except it was conveniently located near to our son's new house. Won't be back in a hurry.

This was a really nice apartment however the cleaning let it down. Splashes on the tiles in the kitchen and behind the sink in the bathroom also on the drawers in the bedroom. I had to ring the mobile number provided as no communication on how gain access. Colin the caretaker was first class .

Good option for a medium-term stay

Well located for the tram, train and bus services including to Salford Royal Hospital and into Manchester and the Trafford Centre. Caretaker was fantastic- helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable although the bathroom was a little small. Good value for money.

Nice apartment in good location. Room was a bit worse for wear (bedroom door hanging off!). Also was set up for one person rather than two sharing - only one towel! Lack of plus sockets too. Very clean and comfortable room, with cooking facilities in the room. Making it ideal during an essential business stay throughout covid. Self check in and check out with a code for your room was also ideal for Covid. The only thing to mention is, there is a large tp-link above the door which has a green flashing light, this is very bright when you turn all the lights off.
