I arrived and they were unable to check me in for almost an hour. For the first 30 minutes, I stood at the desk, trying to get the attention of anyone who might be working there. About a half hour later someone came down the elevator and said that he was the clerk. He then spent about 30 minutes, trying to get me checked in and Provide me with a card key.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. What we enjoyed the most about the hotel was actually the staff. There was one young man in particular who made us feel very welcome and comfortable and looked after all of our needs. His name is Sanket. This guy deserves a raise. LOL . IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY, BUT IT DEFINTELY WILL NOT BE OUR LAST! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, EVEN!

Our room had a well-placed couch and exercise equipment inside! The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The amenities were front and center, very inviting. My only concern is that 1 of the 2 elevators was out of order and we were there for a concert, so many people were coming and going at the same time. The 1 elevator was very slow. Overall, a great stay!
