Poor even for the price, could be better with tlc.

Several things in the listing were either not present or were broken. The bathtub was dirty. The beds were fairly comfortable, one ac worked well and the staff was nice. The area around it is under construction, so it was loud during the day but not at night. The power did go off three times in two days but it came back on fairly soon.

Etablissement situĂ© proche de travaux .Un parking voiture inutilisable puisque trop petit pour se garer sans accrocher le vĂ©hicule, si trop grand ; s' abstenir. Affichage de l' hĂŽtel ; une simple feuille de papier imprimante scotchĂ© en haut de la porte de l' entrĂ©e principale. Personnel Ă  l' accueil correct et serviable. 1 ascenseur sur 2 qui fonctionnent , avec des arrĂȘts systĂ©matiques au 2eme et 7eme ( tĂ©moignage d' un autre locataire ) Odeur de "renfermĂ©e" Ă  l' arrivĂ©e dans le couloir qui mĂšne Ă  la chambre et confirmĂ©e dans l' appartement . Climatisation rĂ©glĂ©e Ă  15°C et donnant une odeur d' humiditĂ© dans tout l' appartement . Mobiliers vĂ©tuste , cassĂ© , vieillot , tachĂ© , pas fonctionnel . Un coussin de fauteuil dĂ©chirĂ©. Couchage correct . Nettoyage des moquettes sols pas effectuĂ© correctement ; prĂ©sence de miettes et papier de bonbon. Les murs et rideaux vĂ©tustes et vieillots , austĂšres ; font sales .(trace de brulure sur mur). ImpossibilitĂ© d' ouvrir les doubles rideaux. Bouchent de climatisations sales et Ă©quipement Ă©lectriques salle de bain ( spot Ă©clairage) tombent du plafond. Cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e vĂ©tuste, traces d' usures sur plan de travail. Plaquage des meubles qui se dĂ©colle . PrĂ©sence de 2 petites bouteilles d' eau , 2 sachets de thĂ© et sucre sur le plan de travail. dans les salles de bain , trace d' humiditĂ© au plafond avec une douche bricolĂ©e au niveau du pommeau de douche qui fuit toujours.
