The main living area features two sofas and a loveseat around a wood-burning fireplace—perfect after the slopes—plus a TV and DVD player for movie time. Step out to the private balcony for a breath of crisp alpine air.
The updated kitchen is stocked with everyday essentials including a slow cooker, blender, pots and pans, wine glasses, toaster, and drip coffee maker. Share meals at the dining table for 4. WiFi is provided (via Suddenlink/HOA).
Sleeping space includes a primary bedroom on the main level and a loft upstairs, giving families and friends flexible options. The full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is on the first floor.
Horizons 4 offers convenient onsite amenities: the community hot tub, sauna, recreation room, and laundry facilities are available year-round. In summer, enjoy the communal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations. You’ll be just off Old Mammoth Road—walkable to groceries and restaurants—and near free winter shuttle service.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to 2 vehicles in the lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are required and will be inside the unit. Additional parking beyond this is not guaranteed.
• Stairs: The loft is on the upper level; stairs are required inside the unit.
• Community amenities: Hot tub, sauna, rec room, and laundry facilities are available year-round. The pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations operate seasonally in summer and may be subject to closure by the HOA.
• Fireplace/wood: Firewood is often stacked on the balcony when available, but supply is not guaranteed.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location and townwide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly per HOA rules.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

Location logistics: Just off Old Mammoth Road with walkable access to groceries and restaurants. In winter, the free Green Line runs to Eagle Lodge and The Village. You’re a short drive to parks, Town Loop Path, Volcom Brothers Skatepark, Mammoth Rock ’n’ Bowl, Sierra Star Golf (seasonal), and The Village at Mammoth.
