The queen beds were both broken down. They sagged; the springs could be felt at the surface of the bed and squeaked every time we moved. The hot tub was ancient and in poor shape.

The room was clean and warm. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was aware that they are not available 24 hours and the automated “Help” was not helpful. Easy parking available very close to the slopes. The only negative was when it says kitchen it’s really a kitchenette with no stove.

We had to leave a day earlier because of the condition of the room, and the management refused to even give us a credit for that night. Terrible parking situation.
