Yes welcoming, though the booking- in system is complex as is opening the front door and we never were able to drive the main TV system! Having said that, the accommodation is excellent, the furnishing pleasing, the location great. Would we stay there again? Absolutely. Would we recommend it to friends? Definitely. Overall comment. EXCELLENT!

Great access to the beach and trails

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - super new and modern property. Some significant stairs, a sloping block- but all main living areas are on the main uppermost level off the street.
