Casa Sa Nau is one of the best options for a dream getaway in Mallorca.

Located on the first line of the sea, in the small town of Colonia de San Pedro. It is undoubtedly an ideal option for a romantic getaway or to spend a few days with family, in Mallorca.

Enjoy pleasant breakfasts on the porch with the sea breeze and its incredible views of the Bay of Alcúdia and the Mediterranean. The sunsets will never leave you indifferent, prepare great BBQs on the terrace enjoying the colors of the sunsets.

Inside, a cozy and charming living-dining room with views of the terrace awaits you to spend moments with family or in the company of friends. On the ground floor, it has a full bathroom



The independent kitchen, with access to the dining room, equipped with everything necessary to satisfy your needs and with views of the oleander garden, is the perfect corner to prepare excellent dishes without disconnecting from the outside.

The house has two double bedrooms, located on the upper floor, with spacious beds both 1.80 x2.00m with separate mattresses. The bedrooms offer a wonderful view of the sea to enjoy the sound of the waves.

You can reach it on foot along the beautiful coastal path or by a coastal road with little traffic, where you will find everything you need, supermarkets, cafes, bus connection and good restaurants... and just 2 km from the beach of Arena de Son Serra de Marina, 20 min from the Capdepera Golf Course and 30 min from the Hidropark water park.



Another point to highlight is its terrace with its solarium area, with 4 sun loungers to sunbathe facing the sea, enjoying a refreshing drink and the marine breeze. A great place to disconnect and enjoy a good vacation.

lovely four days 10 metres from the sea

We had a lovely four days at Casa Sa Nau and would highly recommend it to anyone. It's amazing - it's literally 10 metres from the sea. We could lie in bed and listen to the waves, and we swam every morning from outside the front door (needs to be calm as the rocks are difficult to get in and out from). The house is very well equipped, and we had a BBQ one evening on the built-in BBQ. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us and check in and accessing the property was really simple. Plenty of space for our family of four. Very many thanks.

Wahnsinnig tolle Lage

Ankunft war easy mit Schlüssel Box. Das Haus war super sauber. Wir durften auch die total freundliche und nette Frau kennenlernen die das Haus für uns vorbereitet hat. Die Lage ist sensationell. Der Strand lädt zum Schnorcheln und Baden ein. Wichtig Badeschuhe! Wir hatten eine wirklich sehr schöne Zeit. Das Wohngebiet auch ein Traum. Wenig Tourismus. Am Strand laufen hin und wieder Leute lang. Aber sonst ein Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Es gibt aus unserer Sicht nichts zu großes zu verbessern. Eine Klimaanlage im oberen Stockwerk wäre toll aber es passte auch so. Unten klimatisiert.

Ein toller Ort um Luft zu holen

Ein zauberhafter Ort. Haus toll, der Ort toll und weit ab von komischen Touristen. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Direkte Strandlage. Dauerhaftes Wellengeräusch, Wetter super. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe, Restaurants mit kleinem Fußmarsch erreichbar. Bett bequem, deutsches TV, Küche praktisch und vollständig ausgestattet. Nicht gefallen? Gibt es nicht, es wäre schön in den oberen Räumen eine Klimaanlage nachzurüsten. Es gibt Ventilatoren! War ok..

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus, wir waren mit unseren Kindern dort und konnten Mallroca wie nie zuvor und in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend genießen, wir werden im Sommer sicher wiederkommen!
