The dining room is located between the living room and the kitchen. The spacious kitchen includes a breakfast table, a pantry, and access to the covered terrace. A utility room is located next to the kitchen. Also on the ground floor are three double bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds pushed together. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share an adjacent shower room. There is also a guest toilet.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It features a double bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower. A staircase leads to two magnificent sun terraces, one facing east and the other west.

The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired. Beneath the covered terrace is an outdoor dining area for al fresco meals, as well as a comfortable chill-out area to relax and unwind on summer evenings. A built-in barbecue is available for grilling. The large, refreshing pool is surrounded by a spacious panoramic terrace with sun loungers. Two fixed parasols provide additional shade beyond the covered terrace.

The ping-pong table is located in the garage.
