Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village
"Hotel is great my family stays here every time we come to Hawaii. The grounds are beautiful. The pools are excellent. My only complaint was that the water taxis are non op now and my kids were very disappointed. It’s also super interesting if you’re staying in the ocean or palace towers the only way to get from those buildings to the main lobby and to the car park is to either walk - which isn’t so bad bc the gallery is lovely but doing that 2-4 times per day is exhausting especially with kids. The tram moves at a snails pace. It’s actually faster to walk the entire length of the resort with 2 children than it is to get the tram. The boats were the best because they were always around and it was so fun to be on a little boat inside the resort. The boats were so convenient and fun and they should bring them back. They said they stopped using them for maintenance and upkeep costs but maybe they could switch to the electric Duffy boats and not have as many issues. BRING BACK THE BOATS!"
