Freezing Cold Pool! Broken pool heater. :(

The pool was freezing! When I inquired about it, I was told the pool heater was broken and that the water temperature was 50°. I would have preferred to have been told that at check-in.

Hotel has no sign on it wasn’t a soul staying there and was told they were remodeling, but I asked for upgrade room which they did not have he gave me one. It was worse than the one I was already in also I seen roaches no way will be staying there ever again. I checked right out right after checking in

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet the mark. The pictures online did not accurately display the state of the hotel. Also, even though there are pictures of a hot tub, it is cemented over and the pool was so cold that we could not swim. The pool was also very dirty. Our room had beetles and mold along the edges of the tub in the bathroom.
