The apartment is excellently connected by public transport. Tirso de Molina metro station is just 3 minutes away, and you’ll also be close to Lavapiés, Anton Martín, and La Latina stations, offering direct links to the rest of the city. Within 20 minutes by foot or metro, you can reach El Prado Museum, Gran Vía, Reina Sofía, Atocha station, and more.
For those arriving or getting around by taxi or ride services, the area has regular access to public and private transport.
- The property is an independent ground floor with direct access from the street.
Due to the central location it is possible to hear noise from the street during your stay.
- It has air conditioning and heating split type, as well as ceiling fan.
- The bedroom is attached to the living room and only separated by a divider.
- The bathroom is inside the bedroom, so you must go through it to access.
- There is a small inner courtyard which is accessed through the bathroom.
- The maximum capacity of the accommodation is 2 people. With the following distribution of places:

The accommodation is equipped with:
- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Complimentary coffee
- Rolls of toilet paper: 2 units
- Roll of kitchen paper
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.
The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover
In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
