Having a washer, dishwasher, full frig and freezer, Nespresso & kettle plus a stove, pots& pans, dishes…etc. made this 10 day stay a breeze! Stocked up the frig at nearby grocery stores and, of course leftovers from all the marvelous restaurants so nearby! The heated pool was joyful after all the walking to nearby attractions & the room was spacious, clean and comfy.

A/C was weak and they told me the handy man leaves everyday at 6pm and he can take a look in the morning. Bed had wheels on it, so it moves when you make movements in it.

Amazing hotel in a very convenient location on Gran Vía. The room was modern, spacious, and clean. Good breakfast exactly what you need. The hotel staff was the highlight of our stay, they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy during our entire stay. Bárbara at the front desk was a total star—friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful! A special shoutout to Javier and Marina, who were absolute gems. Thank you all! We’ll definitely be back!

The staff was amazing from Andrea, Barbara and Xavier at the front desk. Ismael who worked tirelessly during the overnight shift to find my airpods that were accidentally mixed up with the linens. He actually combed through the hotel’s dirty laundry to find my AirPods. I truly thought that they were lost and I was ready to buy another pair. The morning restaurant crew were also fantastic. They remembered our names, orders and special requests. I had the opportunity to meet one of the front desk managers who was equally as impressive. I cannot say enough about the staff, location and property. Every request was welcomed and accommodated with a smile and “of course, no problem”. All the information provided was so helpful and accurate. Whoever is at the helm, keep it up and appreciate your fantastic team.
