great front desk staff and excellent room. Full air conditioning didn't quite make it up to the loft, but it was end of August and the rest of the room was fine

Creativety at it's finest...

Pros: location
Was very surprised by this room. Very cool & unique features. Green hotel & great breakfast. And they have free green apples everyday for people to take before they leave the hotel. I would have to say the location was also great. Located very close Plaza de Mayor & Puerto del Sol, Palace & Calle Toledo (best restaurants & bars - non-touristy) BUT not in the heart where it can be noisy & distracting. It was perfect right on a nice little side street. I would highly recommend this hotel & the staff was very friendly.
