The location was great to get to everything. The property management was fantastic and communicated very well. We arrived early from the US and they tried their best to get us an early check in which was above and beyond. We had an issue with the TV/WIFI and communicated well and did their best to resolve it. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Loved our stay and how easy it was to walk to everything.

Easy to access, but seems a little stressful waiting up to 3pm to receive your access codes. Peeling wallpaper, and stained floorboards. The sofa bed in the lounge was very loud to sleep on and uncomfortable. Lots of noise from the street. Not a pleasant stay. The location however, was excellent.

This property was perfect for our family of four's one night stay in Madrid. It was clean and had all of the essentials, including a washer and small kitchen. No laundry that I know of. Sofa had cigarettes burns and sofa bed potentially had bed bugs as kids woke up with welts on their face and hands. Overall it was pretty clean, though I wouldn’t call it spotless.

Our place was wonderful! Logistics of planning payments and access were very smooth. It was very clean and serviceable, well stocked with the things we might need. The location was absolutely perfect for us. We did notice quite a lot of noise at night from outside, but that was absolutely to be expected given the area. I would stay in this exact unit again.
