The Iberostar Las Letras was an incredible hotel that artfully combines modern updates and decor with historic building features. The hotel is very eco friendly - one of our favorite features were the water machines on each floor that saved us more than 10 bottles over our 2 night stay! The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of foods to suit every taste and eggs cooked to order were offered. The staff were incredibly helpful and helped ensure our trip to Madrid was a success!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the ability to fill our water bottles with with filtered water available on our floor. The breakfast buffet offered many options including cook to order eggs! We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location and a lovely hotel. That said none of the streets in the area are all that quiet at night, especially on a weekend, so be prepared for noise.
