We were stuck in a traffic jam that was moving a 1 mile per hour. Knew we weren't going to make it. Tried to cancel but they would not let us because we scheduled through travelocity. Could not do that at the time in the car. Finally cancelled through your site too late after we finally got to an exit and found a hotel to stay at.

Old and run down. Priced way to high for what it is. If it weren’t for the hurricane and all the hotels being booked I would of left the place. Nice people but not a nice hotel at all.
