Ótima estadia, começando pela surpresa que prepararam no quarto para receber minha filha que estava a completar 1 aninho, montaram uma tenda, colocaram balão e deixaram um bolinho para ela. Agradeço todo o carinho, em especial, para a Dani (Daniela), a Rafa (Rafaela) que faz a melhor tapioca, a Tamara, da recepção do café, e a Ana Paula, que atende no café - o meu muito obrigada a todos. Excelente experiência no Hilton Garden Inn Maceió. O quarto é lindo, amplo, moderno e muito confortável, proporcionando uma estadia extremamente agradável. A localização é ótima, próxima à Feira de Pajuçara, em uma região segura e com tudo por perto: farmácias, supermercados e restaurantes muito famosos, o que facilita bastante a estadia. O café da manhã é outro destaque, com muitas opções, bem servido e de ótima qualidade. Sem dúvidas, um hotel que entrega conforto, praticidade e excelente padrão de hospedagem. Recomendo!

Apenas algumas sugestões de melhorias. O café da manhã pode diminuir a variedade e melhorar a qualidade dos itens oferecidos. Como um hotel próximo da praia, deveria haver uma ducha, ou ao menos um local para remover areia dos pés. A solução "pode subir assim mesmo" leva toda a areia para dentro do quarto. Pelo mesmo motivo, de ser uma cidade conhecida pelas praias, deveriam ser oferecidas soluções para secar roupa molhada, como por exemplo haver disponibilidade de um varal de piso.

o acabamento da alvenaria e marcenaria do quarto é de baixa qualidade. Esperava mais de um hotel com nome Hilton. A cama é boa e os atendentes sao cordiais. O quarto é grande e espaçoso. A garagem é insuficiente para todos os hospedes, o que impede de sair a noite com o carro pelo risco de nao obter vaga.

Mais variedades de frutas frescas seria bom Quarto ótimo, ar condicionado ok, localização excelente. Tudo perto, de restaurantes, lojas, sorveteria, café e praia. Só difícil estacionamento, o do hotel estava superlotado, deixamos o carro na rua.
