The room chairs had holes and were ripped. I had to change rooms because there was a bed headboard missing and I did not feel comfortable staying in a room with missing items that could later be charged to the credit card I had to provide at check-in. The air conditioner was basically at my head and could hear it turn on all night. They were very nice and switched me rooms but to one that was right next to the freeway and then I heard traffics all night. I don’t expect much but this was absurd. Definitely my worst hotel stay experience ever.

Upon our arrival we were confused as it looked like an apartment community. We checked in to find that they are apartments converted in to a hotel suite. The concept was great and there was plenty of room for our family of 4. The bed was clean, firm and comfortable for the price. The floor was filthy, I had to wet a towel and wipe it just to clean it enough so our feet did not stick with ever step. Most everything was worn down, there was old furniture sitting in the run down courtyard. We were told that they were in the middle of a renovation, but it looked as though the renovation had been underway for quit some time. We would not stay here again unless it was a last option. It could be a really great place with a lot of keep up and remodeling.

My fiance and I got a double king suite. When we checked out we did not receive our deposit back. I called numerous times to ask on it and they said I will get it refunded to my card. Today I spoke with Shane and he said I will not get ot back because they found cigareete butts and ashes in the room. Neither me or my fiance smokes. I am a certified personal trainer and havent touched any tobacco products in over 10 years and my fiance has never smoked a cigarette. When I asked Shane to speak to his manager, he was telling me that there was nobody above him and that I am lying. I am very disappointed and feel taken advantange of. We cleaned the room ourselves, took out all of the trash, and washed all of the dishes. Its not the fact that I am not getting the money back but the principal of the situation itself and being very disrespected by Shane over the phone. I just wonder how many other people this has happend to.

OK FOR THE PRICE

THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND TIDY. THE MATTRESS WAS WORN OUT THOUGH. IT WAS LIKE SLEEPING IN A SHALLOW BOWL. THE MATTRESS SUNK DOWN TERRIBLY IN THE MIDDLE AND MY WIFE AND I HAD A TERRIBLE NIGHT OF SLEEP DUE TO THIS ISSUE. IT WAS LIKE TRYING TO SLEEP ON A HILL. WHEN I TOLD THE CLERK ABOUT IT WHEN I CHECKED OUT SHE JUST LOOKED AT ME AND WENT HMMMM. I WAS NOT RUDE BUT I TOLD HER WE MIGHT CONSIDER STAYING THERE AGAIN IF THE MATTRESS WAS REPLACED.

Hotel in a pinch

I've stayed at this place several times before and had a good experience. This last time I stayed, the room was horrible dirty. Carpet was dirty, water stains on the ceiling Andrew ceiling was peeling. Couch had been peed on, bed was very uncomfortable. Outside, people were not picking up after their pets.

Cons: Need to up your coffee service in the room.
Location: Right next to the Science Spectrum and not far from the mall.
In a good part of town, nice room, kind administrative service, overall good experience.
