This location is perfect as it sits 2 minutes away from the highway that gets you anywhere in Lubbock quickly, the South Loop 289. You're within 5 minutes of a Walmart, a Walgreens 24-hr pharmacy, and the South Plains mall with plenty of restaurants within easy reach. Texas Tech University is only 7 minutes away!

As for the property itself, inside you will be welcomed into a stunning living room with a fireplace. Working from a computer? Totally Awesome!

We had such a wonderful stay in Lubbock! Our host was incredibly responsive, and the house itself was spotless and very well-maintained. We really appreciated that all the necessary items were readily available for our use. The location was perfect, so close to the university, restaurants, and shopping centers. We'd absolutely love to stay here again on our next trip to Lubbock!

Typical Lubbock rent house

The photos look great online, and it’s decorated cute but it’s a little rough on the inside. It definitely could use a little love and a deep clean. Previous pets have left things very scratched up. Parking is awkward. And sharing one shower with 4 people is tricky. We paid a premium bc it was TTU graduation weekend and it definitely wasn’t worth the price. If you’re picky about your bedding, comfortable sleeping I’d look elsewhere.

Terrific place to rest your head

We were very impressed with the property. The property is beautifully decorated, well maintained and communication with he manager if and when needed was very efficient. Had all essentials needed for cooking, baking. Had all the necessary hygiene products available in bathrooms. And showers. Cleaning up was a breeze because the necessary items were available to use. Nice back yard. We plan on staying here again when visiting Lubbock. We recommend staying here when visiting.
