I booked 4 expensive rooms all in my name thru Travelocity paid in full prior to funeral that was to occur on Sat. 13th in Dimmitt. My problem is that Travelocity and Hilton have a horrible communication problem and I will never use either again. Example after arrival on Friday 12th I was told the big room (double room with 2 king beds) for grandaughter with 5 kids (ages 4 months to 12) was not available. So we had to get side by side rooms for her. My room on arrival a/c busted so moved to another room. On Saturday coming back from funeral told my son and his family room was just for 1 night not two as I had paid for. Stains on bed sheets and towels bath tub we had to clean before using Tv's with pixels and more at a time when we are just finished with burial of 88yr Mom. None of this had to be this way. The folks at the hotel did address all issues and made adjustments with apologies. Several other family members stayed at same place with us. None of us will return. You both Hilton and Travelocity need to fix yourselves so this does not happen to other families anytime let alone when grieving. Charle Gayle 713-306-1248.

I Liked the cleanness of the rooms; the beds were really comfortable. I liked the kitchen, and living area, with the big screen, TV. there is a little were and tear on the walls, in room, that a little paint can' fix. other than that, I will stay again and recommend family and friends.

Location next to Chuck E Cheese & easy walk to Joes Crab Shack. Breakfast at hotel was good with options for take away or eat in public area. Room was clean but some maintenance deferrred - bathroom door was difficult to close; chipped paint on bathroom & living rooms walls; elevator did not work at ck in...

Very nice

My husband and I chose this hotel because it looked like it met all our needs. I was having surgery and we needed a place that offered comfort as well as an ability to cook our meals. The staff was very nice and welcoming, room was clean. The bed was comfortable if you like firmer beds.

Excellent Choice

Our stay (5 ladies) was a pleasant experience from the very beginning. The lobby and dining room at the entrance are beautifully appointed. The night clerk could not have been nicer or more accomodating to us. We enjoyed meeting her. The housekeeping staff was very pleasant as well. The hallway is nicely lit and every inch of the hotel that we came into contact with was very clean and well maintained. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable seating in the living room and very comfortable beds. The bedroom portion of the suite (2 queen beds) had plenty of room to get around so we did not feel cramped. Fully stocked kitchenette including popcorn for a snack and a dishwasher. There was plenty of room in the closet for 5 women's clothes for a long weekend stay. It could be a bit cramped for one person to be at the vanity/sink area and someone else getting to the toilet/bathtub area or getting into the closet due to the layout. The room was very quiet with no noise leaking in from the hallway or adjoining rooms. Breakfast in the dining room was another thing that adds to the value of this hotel. Very tasty menu and wonderful fresh coffee each morning. Overall, compared to 4 & 5 star hotels we have stayed at in Dallas, I have to give this location a 5 star rating.
