The room was just fine. The beds were very comfortable and the roo. was clean. The gentlemen at the front desk when we checked in was not very friendly and seemed like he didn't really want to be there. Never said hi or hello. He just asked for my name and credit card and said here's the key.

Staff was friendly, room was nice. Good water pressure in the shower at a hotel is always a plus! There was a dirty wash cloth left in our shower but I can understand missing it since it was hanging on the shower head and it was a festival weekend, cleaners were probably trying to move quickly.

This was our second time staying at this property for the LTL festival. Everything was great, the room and common areas were clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional, lots to choose from and if you walk away hungry it’s your own fault. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even provided a shuttle to and from the festival for guests, which was a nice surprise. There is a beautiful pool in the front that I wish we could’ve used but it was closed for the season. Lovely flowers and shrubs in the front as well. Next time we are in town, we will definitely book again. Thanks for everything!

Terrance sucks! If you want someone to ignore you and lie/belittle you, Terrance is your man! He was rude when we asked simple questions on how the shuttle worked or about check in. He argued with many guests while we were there and he would tell different information based on who talked to him. The room was wonderful and the hotel was clean but the staff was very short with us. Sarah the nighttime front desk worker was very polite and I appreciated her. Terrance needs some people skill training. There were so many people staying for Louder Than Life and are from out of state so we relied on the Hotel to help us with local information and they acted like we were such a nuisance to have.

Meh. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was nice. My room itself, however, on the first floor was dingy and smelled bad (kind of like chlorine and mold). The bed was comfortable, but the AC unit ran loudly and constantly, but never cooling off the room, so the room felt sticky.

Amazing Staff

The staff were incredible. So thoughtful - the shuttle drivers who drove us back n forth to a music festival nearby - with all the crazy traffic and people. The woman in charge of the breakfast - keeping food stocked, walking around asking if anyone needed anything else, the front desk friendly staff. Also the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was overpriced for a hotel of this type but all hotels overcharged around the music festival so value for money was low but I understand why.
