**MINIMUM OF 30 DAY RENTALS.** This 2,200 sq foot, first floor condo is fully furnished with two bedrooms, kitchen, bath and a half, has a private garden, decks, LOTS of light, hardwood floors, washer/dryer, cable TV, wireless internet, and walk in closets. 30 day or more rentals only. The side deck overlooks a lovely garden. The backyard has a deck overlooking the swimming pool. One garage bay and one parking pad is reserved for the tenants. Two block walk to either Cherokee park or the restaurants on Bardstown Road. It is a 5 minute drive to downtown! Safe, secure and quiet rental in a wonderful area. NON-SMOKING.
