The location was beautiful, views were amazing, the place was well decorated, the rooms were so unique. We stayed in one of the hobbit room, so peaceful and beautiful. very clean and good amenities. it included a welcome drink, coffee was a bit pricey, however we enjoyed our stay so much. Highly recommend.

We felt like we stayed in the Shire with the hobbit style rooms, and the castle provided an ambiance of elegance. The staff accommodated for my mobility challenged wife like she was family.

Everything was amazing except for the hot water supply in the hobbit house. When the issue was adressed to the reception the response was to keep it open and it will eventually come. I waited for 10 minutes with extremely cold water.

Excellent in every way

Bambuda is fantastic. The location is excellent with breathtaking views of the mountains & countryside. The food in the restaurant is excellent & there are numerous options at all times of the day. The service at the front desk & at the restaurant are prefect: helpful, friendly, & enthusiastic. Taxi rides from the hotel to a variety of destinations are easy to get & inexpensive. I had a cabin with a balcony. It felt like a cabin in the mountains but with strong hot water in the shower.

Then I got sick and they isolated me and took care of me like family. This has felt like a home away from home… not a vacation but I’m safe and well cared for!
