This 3 bed and 3 bath modern cottage - two bedrooms shared one bath, one full bath down the hallway, and one full bath in the master private suite. This home features a full-size open kitchen with quartz countertops, central air, and high-speed internet (30Mbps down/5 Mbps up expected). There are no pets allowed. Drugs and smoking are prohibited. We enjoy convenient access to both I-85 and 17.

The space is roughly 1600 sq./ft. It's only 5 minutes to downtown Los Gatos, 15 minutes to the San Jose airport, and 30 minutes to downtown Santa Cruz. There are local tennis courts and state parks with nice walking trails.

TVs are in the living room and one of the guest bedrooms.
