Best resort food I’ve ever had, with portions that will actually leave you feeling full! Staff across resorts are very well organized and make it easy for you to access each resort with an all inclusive plan. Only negative I would say about this resort is that the rooms don’t have much storage for clothing and are honestly not what I would expect for paying premium price in the Towers. There is no nightly entertainment (if that is something you enjoy) activities are also hit or miss, depending on if that is your thing. All other aspects are amazing!

I booked 2 queens they gave me a king. Room backed up to pickleball courts which play started 8 am each morning. Was disturbing Also the main tv channels #4 cvs abc and nbc did not work for 3 nights in a row. Upon check out I spoke with mgr who said he’d get back to me . No word and totally unacceptable. 3 strikes and no follow up

This staff is phenomenal!! Having Hannia and Edwardo as butlers was the “icing on the cake “. Very professional and extremely helpful. Sebastian brought our breakfast most days and greeted us with a big beautiful smile he’s outstanding. Then Cecilia provided maid service with her sweet disposition and infectious beautiful personality kept our suite nice and tidy always a big pile of nice clean towels and linens.

The rooms were clean, staff always polite and very friendly. Restaurants, pool and aqua bar were great. Ocean views were spectacular and we were fortunate to see whale blows from our balcony as well from poolside. Can’t wait to go back!

The staff at this resort goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful. We have been to a lot of AI resorts and the food at this resort exceeds most of them! The pools were beautiful and kept clean. The drinks were great too!

We really enjoyed this resort. It was very quiet as it was adults only and did not seem to be fully occupied. We never had any issues getting a pool chair or reservations in the restaurants. The one thing we did not like was there was nothing to do in the evenings. There's no live music or shows or entertainment. So it was very quiet. You could take shuttle to their other resorts and use their facilities. But I'm not sure if they had evening entertainment. The food was really good at Resort and next door at Sunset Resort which you could access with a quick shuttle ride. Marco the food and bev manager was excellent and very helpful
