The elevator on my side of the hotel {1131} didn't work the whole week. Pool service was outstanding, Marco and Rene and Manuel. Oscar at the beach bar. Cut off Wi fi before you left the property. I don't see any financial problems keeping the Wi-Fi on until you left the property.

Each year, we travel with friends, and this time it was unanimous – we've found our new favorite spot! We've visited several destinations, but this one truly stands out. From the location and accommodations to the staff, weather, and peaceful atmosphere, everything was perfect. The staff was helpful in every aspect from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, they made things easy. Let's not forget the food. It was exceptional! Although this trip was shorter than usual, so we didn't explore outside the resort but we didn't feel like we were missing anything! We personally loved the snack bar available all day. At some resorts we've felt like we had to hunt for snacks between meals, but these 'snacks' were great, and we ate lunch there as well. Everything we tried...and we tried them all. I can’t recommend this resort enough for a hassle free, EXCELLENT service in all aspects, vacation. It’s truly outstanding and we will be returning and soon!

After staying here we realized we’d never actually had a true R&R vacation- this place and the staff are truly exceptional. It’s the most relaxing, fun, beautiful, and luxurious experience. From every staff member being very friendly and thoughtful, the incredible food, the whales swimming in the private beach, the beach cabanas, the comfortable beds, clean and cozy room, the aesthetics of the whole property- the Pools! They allow you to choose what you want- lots of fun to be had, or quiet privacy and relaxation instead, but always delicious food & drinks- we were shocked it was all inclusive. Thank you so much Alexis, Zai, Francisco, Amanda, Oscar, Cesar, Louis, Paulo, and the amazing humans who cleaned our room every day perfectly. If you want to be treated like royalty and have basically butler service all day in a gorgeous setting- this is the place. Can’t wait to be back next year!

Property was beautiful, but everything was very spaced and it wasn’t feasible to walk to the other properties. However, the restaurants at the resort we stayed at were amazing and the transportation within the properties was quick. Dulce was an amazing host and helped us figure everything out. Having a cafe where we could get coffee in the morning, without having to sit down would have been great. There was a coffee maker in the room but no dairy free options.
