Room was clean. Unfortunately they don’t have enough parking to accommodate the number of rooms that they have so we have to park on the street. They were not able to accommodate an early check in, which I understand but was somewhat frustrating and they made no effort to clean our room early and they didn’t know if the room would even be ready in time for the 3pm check in time (we were able to check in at 3:30ish). I definitely think they could improve on their communication skills.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Downside; parking is too tight if you have bigger vehicles be ready to struggle a little bit. Also the doors are very loud, got woken up at 330am by someone's door slamming. Anytime any of the neighboring rooms would open and close their door you could hear them slamming, shakes the room a little bit.

They do not have an elevator and I was put on the 3rd floor. Room was fine, but thankfully it was only for the night. The AC made a weird noise night and I had to really block it out to sleep. It I had to go downstairs to deal with it, I would have driven away. The place is clean. Nothing special.

It's a 3 story building which I didn't know until I called the hotel after I booked my stay. In the pictures in Expedia for the hotel, it looks like it's a 2 story building because of the angle of the picture but it's 3 stories and no elevator. Only stairs. There are only a couple rooms on 1st floor, the rest looks like storage or garages. (There is a ramp only for 1st floor handicaped room). They must have renovated the hotel because the building was blue and not the color expedia had which was a tan color. I enjoyed this hotel. Cute atmosphere. I love all the flowers and plants outside, it's in a great neighborhood. Restuarants are nearby. Also the area is a cute little town in Eagle Rock. The room has a microwave, electric tea pot, and coffee maker and small fridge. There is a beautiful mural on the ceiling which we enjoyed and added to the atmosphere. I wish the artist signed the painting on the ceiling. They did a a beautiful job. Also I recommend putting weather stripping on the door, the light shines through. We will definetly go back to this hotel. Like I said, we enjoyed it!!!
