I didn't like the fact that I could not get help when my TV would not work so I spent the whole night with no teeth television which is a part of what I'm paying for when I called the front desk they said that they didn't have any more rooms to switch me into or they wouldn't have anybody come to fix the television which it seems like there was something missing off of the TV itself and the remote control didn't even go to the same brand of took the television and do the remote with work

Quick check-in and check-out, given a quiet room. Housekeeping noticed when I steped out in the AM and finished cleaning my room before I got back. Free (but limited) on-demand cable offeriings caused me to watch more TV than I should have (never made it out to the pool). Negatives: morning sprinklers hit the front part of my car leaving hard water spots all over it.

Hotel staff is not kind specially Alex, and heating system is terrible, sometimes cold and too hot It's easy to catch cold.

Renovations ...

We were greeted by scaffolding, drywall dust and paint in the front lobby. The receptionist assured us that it was the last thing being redone, and the rooms were really nice now. Well .... Our room was old, shabby and not very clean. The only "renovations" in view were the missing baseboards. The pillows were about the size of throw pillows on a couch - it took four of them to cross the bed, and at that they were not touching. The hallways were full of plastic sheeting, stair by-passes and other construction stuff. To top it all off, when we went to leave in the morning, our car (and the entire front row) was blocked by a delivery truck.
