The house had plenty of room for all of us.The best part was there was a 3rd bathroom!..what a nice surprise.Plenty of hot water with great pressure for all of us.The house is located near everything and Costco was only 8 minutes away.Unfortunately the backyard gate did not work so we couldn't park our cars on property.There were no spaces to park on the street especially with the rain and school pick up.However it did not affect our stay and we would definitely stay again.

This is a great, large and clean property, with an enclosed yard for pets. Centrally located for many activities, including ours which was to fly out of Van Nuys airport with our to dogs. Some odd steps and offsets between rooms could be a problem for handicapped people. Had a little hard time communicating with the host, but it got sorted out quickly by him sending someone to help us. No instruction sheet or manual, so had to figure the AC out ourselves, and never got the coffee machine to work. But this was a mic place to stay for 3 days, and we would book again

The house was nice, check in was easy. We were a little confused w the parking situation since the post did not say anything about the driveway in the back alley. It also said there was a hot tub which there was not. Overall it was a nice stay and i would definitely consider it again.
