1. Hotel housekeeping threw away my personal belongs that was on the table. Hotel manager claimed that was a mishap and refuse to admit responsibility for this mistake made by their housekeeping staff. Even though they found partial of my stuff from the main garage bin, they refuse to compensate for my remaining missing items. Housekeeping should not throw away any of the guest's personal belongs on the table whatsoever! The hotel's attitude and the way how the hotel handled mistakes made by their staff is unacceptable! Who would want to stay at a hotel when housekeeping will throw away your personal belongs on the table and the hotel refuse to take responsibility afterward? They need internal training for housekeeping staff and management skills. 2. Water temperature is unstable. Takes a long time to adjust the correct water temperature level (from cold to hot). It was either too cold or too hot. 3. Experienced lots of outside noises from next door and upstairs, like furniture moving from upstairs (they don't have carpet in entry area). 4. Room is dusty, especially near the bed areas.
