Peaceful Retreat

We had a wonderful time at the property. The condo and facilities were perfect, and the property manager was very accommodating. We loved every minute of our vacation, extremely peaceful and relaxing.

Beautiful property, very quiet and relaxing

The property was amazing with great views. The balcony was amazing overlooking the water and the pool was gorgeous and heated. It was great having all the boats docked around the property and great bird watching. Had a fabulous time.

The most beautiful location

A lovely, extremely well equipped apartment in the most beautiful location. The view is stunning looking out over the bay. Everything from the pool through the grounds and the parking lot were kept in inculcate condition. A fabulous holiday destination.

A week in paradise

Great stay on the always beautiful Longboat Key. This condo is in a great location. The until provided all the amenities needed for a relaxing week. Quiet complex. Beautiful view from the living room and balcony. Very clean and the host was great. Would stay here again!

Beautiful condo!

We love staying at Harbour villa club and loved this unit! Very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed on hand. Highly recommend this unit and the host was super responsive with any questions or suggestions! Definitely will be back in the future

Property was ok

We rented this condo on LBK for the week to get some sun. Unfortunately this property faces Northeast so it gets very little sunlight. In addition, I could not find any measuring cups or measuring spoons to do any cooking. We also found the kitchen very cramped with the utensil cabinet opposite the dishwasher. I feel this owner would be better off using an open buffet style utensil holder standing the counter to save space. Clare was very kind but unfortunately we do not plan to rent here again.

Great summer getaway

Our family spent a week at this beautiful condo. Since the second bedroom only has one bed, my kids took turns to sleep on the sofa, so I guess 2 beds in the second room would have worked better for us, but they didn't mind. I'd say that the best part about the place is the awesome balcony, where we spent a lot of time having meals and enjoying the view. It is also decorated very nicely and for the most part seems to have been updated fairly recently. The location of the condo is great, especially if you have a boat, since you can dock it right there. That's what we did and we explored the area every day and had lots of fun. The restaurants on Longboat Key are great and there is always a lot to do, either by land or by boat. One thing that needs to be corrected in the amenities offered is that the kayaks are not for renters to use, they are privately owned. I had read that there were 24 kayaks on the property and therefor did not bring mine and it turned out that they all were locked and couldn't be used. I am sure that there are kayaks and paddle boards available to rent nearby, I just didn't do it. The bay is a great place to explore, so kayaks are worth having available. The walk to the public beach is a little over a half mile, so be prepared because you can't carry too much with you. The beach is beautiful though, and we had a great time enjoying the beautiful sunsets. This is a great place to relax, enjoy great views and and have fun in the water. I would love to stay at this location again.
