We did a late check in and a late check out and the staff was very accommodating. I will definitely recommend. They also had menu for local food options available by the front desk.

I was very please that the room, junior suite was exactly how it was in tge picture. Rooms were cozy an clean. Disappointed that elevator ride was always smokey, not just frim a possible former traveler. The smell seemed to permiate the carpet in the elevator Also disappointed no netflix YouTube option Overall stay was comfortable.

We checked in late (1130 pm) and they had oversold the two bed rooms so we got a king bed room w a pull out couch. There was no extra bedding in the room to use the pull out. The entire floor smelled like marijuana and it was so strong it was almost unbearable. Our tub was moldy looking around the drain and there was hair on our clean towels. We did not request a room change bc it was so late and we were only there for 10 hours so needed to get to sleep.

Front desk staff and maid service are very pleasant. The only thing I did not like was the smell of smoke in the elevators. I thought it was just as we got in, as in like from another persson who rode the elevator previously on Friday. But the smell lingered the next day.

Hilton Garden Inn- Westbury was convenient and close to shops (Roosevelt Field Mall) and restaurants etc. There was ample free parking, felt safe. Hotel was good for the price but is a little outdated.

Customer service sucks and when you make a review they call to bully you about their terrible customer service once again as a person who has stayed at this hotel plenty of times I would suggest no one to stay here. I left a review of terrible customer service and an agent called me to tell me I need to be polite. When you incorrectly charge my card and do not apologize for it but make me out to be the villain you need to retrain your staff. Terrible staff do not stay.

Terrible customer service. I paid for my booking through Expedia and when getting to the property Erick charged my card again without checking the reservation properly. The assistant manager did not help situation either. No apologies or empathizing was issued until after I explained more than once how the check in went terribly and I just wanted proof of the extra charge being refunded. The assistant manager firstly approached me slightly shaking as if he was afraid, which made me feel like he didn’t consider the situation he just wanted to shut me up. He also went on to explain things that had nothing to do with the situation. Then gave me a room that smelled of cigarettes. This is my 5th time coming to this exact location as I live in the area and use this location frequently as a place to stay when I have to do business on the island. I will never book here again. You guys have lost a customer. The worst service ever hire people that care to apologies you for their mistakes not make it seem like your the problem. Overly disgusted. And it’s not with Erick it’s with the assistant manager.
