- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This home is located on the lower-ground floor with no external elevator access. The fireplace in this home is ornamental. This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets. The TV in this home has internet-access only.
