This is an old flat on a busy road but is comfortable (bed & shower both good) and is in a good location near restaurants and overground stations (excellent for our purposes). The host responded to our queries promptly and helpfully and would personally rate 4 or 5 stars.

I had a great three-night stay in David’s super comfy, convenient and stylish apartment. As a new Vrbo user, I was a little wary of the experience I might have with a new accommodation app, but after staying at David’s I feel reassured. The flat is central to the vibrant, multicultural borough of Hackney, with easy access to groceries, eateries, bars, services and transport. The flat itself is really comfortable and has a great separate lounge room/entertainment space, comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen, and the decor/aesthetic is interesting and stylish with great artwork and gorgeous furnishings. Everything you need is provided, from extra towels and bedding to ample power points and spare tech/plugs/leads, and heating and appliances all worked well.Entry and exit was easy and David was helpful and responsive to communicate with. I’d happily stay again

David has two properties -- one in Hackney and one in Tottenham (Haringey) -- I stayed for a month at the flat in Tottenham.The flat was modern, clean, and well-maintained.The one challenge was the downstairs neighbours who were occasionally loud and contentious.But the flat is well-equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine.Not a lot to do in the neighbourhood, but the flat is a very short walk to the nearest overground station, from which it is one stop to the Victoria Line -- so getting into central London was extremely easy.David is very available -- when the WiFi went down, he attended to it immediately, getting the company to reconnect it.All in all, a good stay.RJT
