Awful, dirty and damp

No external sign on arrival - I was ringing random doorbells. Shown to a room no bigger than a cupboard, dirty and dusty, with a huge hole over the door leading to the hallway, covered only by a curtain. Host said the shared bathroom was downstairs, barked out the codes to the flimsy keypad locks on the doors, and promptly disappeared before I could consider complaining. Bed was unmade, with a damp blanket provided. Shared bathroom (tiny) full of dirty used towels. Mould and mildew all over shower. Very noisy at night, doors slamming and no noise insulation at all. Fridge in communal kitchen filthy. I cannot believe this place has the nerve or cheek to list as a hotel. It genuinely made me feel ill. Owner not responding to calls or request for refund.
