Amazing hotel located in the heart of London and within walking distance to all the major attractions. Hotel staff was top notch and responded to every need immediately. Hotel food and bar were first class. We even tried to check in early and our room wasn’t ready but they let us rinse off in the spa area which was amazing after flying all day.

Lovely location by the river with views of St Paul’s. Riverside view room worthwhile. Dinner in the main restaurant was very good and dealt with a meal allergy well. DJ music in the 12th Knot was tedious and too loud but it is a global trend now.

What An Experience! I celebrated my divorce with this gift to myself! I stayed in a suite with a balcony. That space is a vibe! In my best Johnny Gill voice; 🎼🎶My My My my my my my 🎼🎶 It was everything I hoped a newly independent woman could hope to achieve! The staff was excellent in service, the food was good. I’m grateful I choose to include the breakfast buffet. I already miss the soft scrambled eggs and pork bacon!
