Our room was spacious and clean with a full kitchen. The bathroom was clean, but was just missing a socket for your electronics. Check-in at 3pm is a bit late knowing that check-out is already at 10am. Luckily, you can leave your luggage at the reception in the meantime. I emailed the hotel after reservation asking for 2 single beds but never got a reply back and ended up with 1 queen size bed. The hotel is easy to reach by the Underground. (15min Walking distance from Liverpool Street) or else by Aldgate or Tower Hill, which is only around 5-6 min. Overall the experience was nice and the staff at the reception was friendly.

Why is that everytime when you book with expedia that they try to put you in a handicap room. Over and over again. The room price is ridiculous and not worth it. Pillows are bricks and the mattress only suitable for a fakir. The temperature in the hotel was 26 degrees celcius. So you will have to put on you summergesr once you enter the hotel.

Overall, a really nice place to stay in London. Transport is very close, grocery is close. For the hotel, it was clean, kitchen was well appointed, staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay again with no question.
